Dear First Baptist Church Family,

We look forward to gathering each Sunday morning at 10:45.  Also, we do have Bible Study Classes meeting throughout the week.  Please contact us if you would like more information.  Here are our guidelines and information about our church gatherings:
*Face coverings are required
*Socializing in the building before or after a meeting is discouraged (outside is a good alternative)
*Practice physical distancing of at least six feet (about two chairs in the sanctuary)
*No direct physical contact
*Please use the main entrance only
*Bulletins and devotionals will be available for you to pick up on tables near the sanctuary
*Offering plates will not be passed, but will be available to you at the back of the sanctuary
*No refreshments will be served from the church kitchen
*Self-screen for symptoms before arriving, and do not come if you are experiencing symptoms, or if a member of your household has been diagnosed with COVID-19
*These guidelines are for gatherings in the church building by appointment and scheduled with the church office.
*At this time we will have no Sunday morning Bible study groups, no Sunday evening meetings, no Potlucks, no Movie Nights, no Praise Team, no Communion, no Bunco, and no Children’s Church or Nursery until further notice.
The church office is OPEN for our normal hours:  Monday to Thursday, 9 am – 2 pm.
Please NoteWe will begin having Wednesday Evening Services on August 5 at 6:00 pm.
Women’s Bible Study Opportunity
We are excited to offer a new women’s Bible study for 5 weeks beginning Thursday, July 30, at 1:00 pm.  We will be studying “When God Doesn’t Fix It” by Laura Story.  We will meet in the fellowship hall.
Defined Bible Study
This study was interrupted in March after we completed six sessions.  We will now have the final two sessions of the Defined Bible Study on two Thursdays, August 6 and 13 at 6:00 pm in the fellowship hall.

Many thanks to all those who continue working to keep the church going – recordings, counting and contributions, paying bills and all of you who send your prayers and gifts to make it all possible.

Because He lives, we can face tomorrow!
